GOALS
Raising awareness
We plan, organize and run fundraisers throughout the year on campus in order to show the McMaster community who we are and what we do. All proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald House.
Supporting families
We recruit volunteers within the McMaster community every semester, and lead these volunteer groups to the Ronald McDonald House twice a week. Volunteers help the house with any duties that will make their home away from home a better experience.
Bringing the community together
With all of our efforts, Healthy Haven establishes a sense of belonging, care and support inside the home and on campus with our volunteer team, our fundraisers, and our collaborations with other clubs and the Ronald McDonald House.
ABOUT
Healthy Haven is a student-run club at McMaster University that is affiliated with the Ronald McDonald House Charities, more specifically the one located in Hamilton. The Ronald McDonald House Charities provide a home away from home for families of children who are seriously ill and being treated at nearby hospitals.

Because of this, we run events every semester to fundraise for the Ronald McDonald House in Hamilton and to also raise awareness of our club and what we do. In addition to events, we recruit new volunteers every semester to join us weekly in volunteering at house. Applications open the beginning at every semester.

Healthy Haven Club believes that, “Home is where the health is”.
